REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Webinars/Seminars

Registration is complete when your complete the registration form and your payment have been received. When full payment has been received, you will be emailed a confirmation.

All cancellations must be in e-mail form:

  • Cancellations requested 15 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund, minus a $25.00 administration fee and a 2.9% processing fee.

  • Cancellations requested 5 days prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations 2 days or less before the seminar/webinar, receive No Refunds

  • "No-shows” will not receive a refund.

  • Participants or Auditors may transfer their registration to another person. The participant is responsible for finding a replacement and working out reimbursement arrangements. The replacement participant will tell us who they are replacing at registration check-in on the day of the seminar/webinar. The new participant is responsible for reporting attendance the day of the seminar/webinar.

A written e-mail back from Two Circles Acupuncture website, within 5 working days, will confirm your cancellation.

This policy applies to participants/auditors that must withdraw for any reason including but not limited to injury, illness, emergency and personal or work-related reasons. This policy is without exception.
